I just love this church and have visited it on several occasions. Once you step inside the building it seems to envelop you with a tranquil peace. It represents so much history, many styles of architectural design and outside the stone steps that lead down to swathes of wild rhododenron bushes seem to whisk you back to a more gentle time. I last called at the church in September 2006, but have a trip planned for that area later this year when I can enjoy it's ambiance again.
